We want you to love your Snag gear, but if the fit isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our hassle-free process ensures you get back to your style journey as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items with their tags attached into the shipping mailer, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
